Princess Tea Party

When a precious little girl turns five, what do you do to celebrate this milestone?

You have a tea party, of course!

Miss Ellington was the star of her show from the moment she put on her beautiful taupe gown with a sequined bodice and layers upon layers of tulle. She instantaneously transformed from an energetic, fun-loving child to a divalicious princess. Her walk had a little more switch and sass. Her talk a little bit more British. Her whole being elevated. Emily post would be proud. She sauntered across the room to the beautifully set table, escorting her guests to their seats, smiling from ear to ear. The princesses dined on finger sandwiches, flavored popcorn, cookies, and of course “tea,” and played fun games until their hearts were content.

Ellington, Happy 5th birthday! I hope you had a wonderful time at your party, and it was a pleasure being there to celebrate you, as you put it, “turning a whole hand old.”
